If you check their reviews, they only respond/reply to 5 star reviews. All the reviews giving critical support are ignored, so my hopes of this place changing are low.

I used to frequent restore all the time. It was one of my favorite dispensaries in the city, especially when MMJ cards were still a new thing. But in all of my most recent visits to restore, I've just left with a bad taste in my mouth. It just feels like the service there has gone down the drain in the past 2 years, and, many of the bud tenders (that I'm interacting with for the first time) are just negative and condescending.

Another issue I have is that I qualify for a SNAP discount but I honestly feel uncomfortable asking for it when I go into the store -- because of how the tenders treat me when I mention it.

If there's a special process in order to get that discount it needs to be spelled out to me online before I visit and also in person better.

But to come into the store, and basically get eye rolls, and shamed by staff makes me feel inadequate and also like my money is best spent elsewhere. We are all pinching pennies (unless we one a dispensary) so I don't appreciate feeling like a thief for asking for a discount. And don't make it a popup on the website if you don't want to give the discount. Tbh it sounds like a lawsuit for false advertisement.

It also seems like I'm not the only one who has feelings like this about restore. I see a few other reviews that have the same vibe as mine.

I'll give you guys a few more chances quietly and then I'll report back

I’ve used this shop faithfully for the past two years. It’s actually one of if not my favorite. But recently they’ve clearly experienced some negative interactions and placed people on an unwelcome list (I believe many dispensaries abuse this policy and refuse patrons OF MEDICAL PRODUCTS for small interpersonal issues). My issue with this isn’t that they’ve chosen to ban whoever for whatever reason, as I don’t know what happened. But at a shop that already checks both my ID and med card (when no other dispensaries do this) each time despite my frequency of visit, adding in a process that makes my check in longer and makes a show of this list that they should know I’m not on just feels nasty. They come across as cold and really shoots down the performance of friendly service. I don’t even need friendly service, just simple and efficient. Making the negative interactions that (like all business) you’ve had the customers problem in a very visible way is just unprofessional to me. I still shop here, I like many of the people that work here, I enjoy the product, but policies and procedures of that nature just don’t feel good in an industry that already refuses to treat its product as medicine. Hope it isn’t something that lasts.

Get welcome with warm greeting good vibe always leave very much satisfied With the product that I do purchase and also Especially with the customer service, they are very polite funny But like I’m going into one of my family’s houses, but yes, love the atmosphere in there and energy with everyone whom I conversation! July 2021 UPDATE: I have been loyal and faithful to this dispensary. Maybe I will get a little something, something for my Golden Retriever-like loyalty! In all seriousness, I want to go to a dispensary "where everybody knows my name."

I have a medical marijuana license and the only dispensary that I use is Restore in Fishtown. The dispensary is managed professionally, the staff are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It’s the only dispensary I use and need.

Never have an issue here! Always in and out. Staff is always super friendly and patient. Usually put my order in online and pickup after work around 5-5:30 or between 9-10 am on the weekend and I’ve never experienced the long wait times that others are reporting.

Lowering my rating from 4 to 3 stars bc of no response or update on this question. It has been extremely frustrating for this product to just disappear and disappointing that I can’t get any answers about if it will ever return. Lemon magik double bear is no only available in half gram carts for $28. So in order to get 2 grams of it I would have to spend $120 on 4 carts instead of $80 on the 2 gram disposable. As a result I no longer buy this from restore due to the over inflated price of this cart. Very disappointing, below is my original review. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Please please please bring back to double bear 2g disposable lemon magik cbd vape. It is the best cbd in the best form I’ve had. I love the 2g disposables!

I'm in my '50s and I just got my medical marijuana card and this is the first place I've gone. I've been about 4 times and every time I tell them I'm new to this and that I'd like recommendations and some help getting to know the products.

And, every time it's the same thing. They look at me like I'm insane and then they say something like, "well you'll figure it out eventually". Or "if you have any questions you can always call us". Why would I call you after I buy things when I'm standing there right now in the store?

How is that helpful in any way? I've learned nothing from shopping there. The only thing I've learned is that I need another dispensary because even if you do like some product they're not going to have it the next time you come in.

I think what bothers me the most is that they have tip jars in front of them and they are absolutely unwilling to tell you anything about the products.

They really seem to want you to order ahead of time and just pick up because every time I've been there they're like, "oh you didn't order ahead? Would you like to order ahead of time right now here in the lobby?"

(Why should I when there are at least five employees doing nothing every time?)

Actually no. I'd like to know from an experienced salesperson, what you have today and what's best for my needs. No one there has even asked why I'm using marijuana let alone me any good advice.

I have been a dedicated patient of Restore Dispensaries in Fishtown since 2018. There are a couple of issues I hope can be taken care of. When I go through the searching process and use the filters as well there is no where avaliable to compare different products but in the same category. There is also no way to look up under the filters for individual Terpenes and their percentages for comparison to other strains. I very much enjoy the 420 days there and the giveaways that you have. The problem is the shirt that you have been handing out for years discolored in the sun way to easily and then I realized that it's not 100% cotton. Also after speaking to some of your staff over quite some time I told them about my shirt issue and the other concerns that I had from my writing above and they said to fill out a review. Also I was told that the staff has to buy their own shirts for $35.00. Not sure if you are worried that some shirts might walk and wind up on their friends back. If the shirt was made of good quality materials and wanted fade I would definitely be wearing it and possibly your employees would where them as well if it wasn't for the $35.00 price tag and the merchandise quality. I will continue to patronage your store for many more years to come. Thank you for reading this. The attached picture is a sign that I have posted outside by the steps where I get medicated. I bought Animal Face (flower) August 2024 and let me tell you. It waas FAKE WEED!!! I was so disappointed because this strain is/was my favorite. Do NOT buy it till next year. Wait for the new harvest!!!!

The guy Scott was very rude and unprofessional Not the black one named Scott he is always helpful and pleasant they should feel grateful to have him. He’s excellent at what he do. My son and I always have trouble with our cards but when he’s called which is almost every time he always fixed the problem if not permanently temporarily so we could get our order and be on our way. Kudos to him. But the other Scott defending a more unprofessional employee from restore if you want respect from all employees don’t come to restore!!🤷🏾‍♀️He escorted me out after I was explaining his employee conduct. I discontinued going for a long time until I went and they called Scott the black one was like night and day literally.

I've given this place sooo many chances. Almost every time I place an order and go to pick it up there's an issue. Items are mislabeled, out of stock, premium is actually minis, etc,,,. With so many other dispensaries in the city that make far less mistakes, I think I'm done with Restore. Too many problems over and over lead to a waste of time and money. Get them fixed and I may return.

One cashier actually told another how subpar my choice of products was. Such audacity, and they really do take their sweet time.

I like the one in yeaton alot better. I kinda got beat for my first time discount here. They told me they woukd "stash" it for next time since the sale was greater than the first time. Then I went back and they wouldn't honor it. Prob will come here the least if at all ever.

How to Find Us in Fishtown

Our Fishtown dispensary is located on Frankford Ave. Fishtown is a neighborhood to the northeast of Center City, Philadelphia. It is extremely accessible from all parts of the city. SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Line provides transit to and from the other neighborhoods of Philadelphia. Girard and Spring Garden transit stops are just a short walk away.

Fishtown earned its name because it was once the center of the fishing industry next to the Delaware River. Today, Fishtown is known for its lively, creative, and trendy vibe.

Medical Cannabis Dispensary Parking Information

Enter the Fillmore lot off Frankford Ave, between Richmond St and Wildey St.

Upon Entering the Parking Lot:

  • Turn right
  • Parking will be straight ahead along the fence lining W Wildey St
