Let me just summarize it for everyone: This place is the crack house of dispensaries. The staff has zero knowledge and even less personality. The 'medical grade weed' looks similar to the oregano I used to burn the rich kids with when I was younger. You'll have better luck searching on Craigslist.

First time patient here and I left with a terrible impression. I had several questions regarding different products, but the manager, Tito, was incredibly rude, dismissing my inquiries with a nasty attitude, which was very off-putting. The other female manager, whose name I forgot, kept on treating me more like a criminal rather than a patient.

To make matters worse, there were children and dogs roaming around the dispensary, which was not only strange but also concerning in a place where medical marijuana is sold. It made the whole environment feel chaotic and unprofessional. Overall, not a pleasant visit. I will NOT be visiting here again.

My original review is irrelevant now. They were quite rude with my significant other today, and I don't play that stuff. What a bunch of rude people. If you don't have something in stock, and don't even try and reach out to let anyone know before they take a long trip, then you try and make it right. Not be rude. Unacceptable. It'll probably be a while before we try this location again.

I've had the absolute worst experience at this dispensary, Restore Dispensaries. First off, the wait times are atrocious. You could be the only person there, and you're still looking at a wait of 10+ minutes just to be brought back to place your order. It's like they're intentionally trying to waste your time.

The managers are always visibly high, not just on the marijuana they sell, but possibly on other substances too. Their professionalism is non-existent, and it's clear they couldn't care less about customer service.

Organization? What organization? This place is chaos. I've ordered online multiple times, and they've given me the wrong products more often than not. Once, they handed me CBD gummies instead of my THC cartridge, completely useless for my condition.

Avoid this dispensary at all costs unless you enjoy long waits, unprofessional staff, mix-ups with your medication, and an environment that feels more like a neglected pet store than a medical facility.

as a first time customer at this restore, i was disappointed in my visit. at no fault of the staff, there were some technical issues causing a long wait. when i finally got to the back, the budtender i dealt with was really unpleasant. I understand frustration at tech issues, but as a customer it was just uncomfortable and anxiety inducing to be served by them as they mumbled under their breath about their manager and acted like I was an annoyance. i will avoid this store if possible in the future.

From the time you walk into this store, till the time you leave everyone is so hospitable! I was having technical difficulties last time and everyone tried to help, it was a kindness you don’t experience in many places anymore. Their staff are knowledgeable, and the selection of products is great! The wait time is never an abnormal amount of time, and the waiting area is nice.

They allow dogs and children but not your spouse…even if they have their own card. The manager with the colorful glasses is bossy and rude too

Pro: Always good stock and sales. Friendly staff.

Con: minimum of a 10 minute wait, even if the place is empty. Then when you go back there it's like the dmv sloths in that kids movie.

These people refused to let my disabled brother into the store even though he is the one with the card he is literally the patient and they had the gall to say "you should call ahead next time and let us know he is coming" as if. He's wheelchair bound and you are legally obligated to accommodate him not the other way around. I will be filing a report over this.

Of all the errands I do every week, Restore is always the fastest. Aside from obvious HUGE sale days, like 420, you just have to plan to be there a while on those days, but running in every week for a gram of exctract or a pack of Troches usually never takes longer than about 7 or 8 minutes, and I'm sure there were even faster days. The staff are always very nice and really seem to know their products. Don't get me started on how gorgeous it is, and always SPOTLESS. It's such a perfect location too, at least for me. My pharmacy and food store is right behind it! Love this place.

I try to avoid this dispensary as much as I can. The place is always fully staffed but I have always had at least a 35 minute wait, no matter what time of day. I was in last week and there were only 2 customers ahead of me.. I had a 45 minute wait!! Nobody wants to wait that long especially when you place an online order.

Poor management. Talk a lot with eachother instead of working. Poorly run. Need to get on it and get customers in and out. It’s not that hard. No one likes to wait a freaking half hour to a hour to get their stuff not to mention you guys freaking ask for a time slot. If I wanted it an hour later I would have selected that online. Complete joke of a dispo. What a waste of freaking time. Never coming back it’s actually terrible here do not recommend. I recommend driving an extra few mins to the next dispo, you’ll save it with the wait they make you do.

5/5 stars for me. I'd give more if I could. I enjoy all the staff here! They are all so awesome, chill, and nice. I have never had a problem in anyway at this dispensary. My order is always correct. And is 99.8% of the time they fill my online order way before the time I picked. Which is great customer service!

Have to edit down to 1 star. Not everyone can spare 1-2 hours to go to the dispensary. Prices and selection ok, but holy crow you better have a couple hours free because this place is slooooow. As I write this I've been here for 30 minutes with one person in front of me. Watching employees chat in the back. 5 employees standing around while customers wait. Ugh. Sooooo slow.

Good selection but be prepared to waste your day sitting in the waiting room. No matter what time, what day, there can be no customers, yet you are still waiting for someone to help you. I don’t understand how every time I come here, we just sit and wait. 5 employees working but only helping 2 people at a time. Doesn’t matter if you preorder or walk in, be prepared to wait.

*Updated; 10 months in as my home base dispensary and having been to almost all other dispensaries in my area, I’m thankful for this one. Vast improvements over that time. I’m no longer bummed to see a packed waiting room anymore. Noticeably faster. Staff is 100% delightful. Management clearly cares. Menu is always improving and the sales are consistently good. Simply put, best one around.

First time visitor. Nice little dispensary in a nice little town. Restore has been better stocked than some and they are very helpful with first timers who might feel a little uncomfortable.

The staff are all great, super friendly and very knowledgeable.. but the wait times are ridiculous. Whenever I go, no matter the time of day. I just sit and wait for at least 30 mins. I don't understand why when there are no other customers in there. Especially when I pre order. If you come here. Be prepared to spend at least 30 mins waiting.

The wait here is ridiculous. Everytime even when no one is here. They have two idiots behind the front desk doing nothing. Then you see multiple people in the back talking all the time when they should be calling more people back. I put my order in , way before I got there and had to wait over 25 minutes there were over 15 people here and all of us were waiting and complaining to each other so I'm not the only one. Shouldn't take 45 50 mins to get an 8th that's pre ordered

I came back to try the place out again and it's still unbelievable how long you have to wait when there are 10 people standing around doing nothing. Like the two girls upfront doubt you need both of them pretending to be needed it's 10 in the morning and no one is here and now there's 8 people waiting it's ridiculous. Plus everything is overpriced compared to other places with the same exact stuff
