I had the pleasure to go to Restore Dispensary in Yeadon, PA, and had a wonderful experience. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and supportive. Maiya, the receptionist, provided insightful guidance, making sure I was safe Mike's friendly demeanor made the visit enjoyable, and Wilson's expertise answered all my questions. My first time there,it was a very calming experience,and I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Wilson was. He knew I was going through a rough time,he held my hand and gave me words of comfort. I will always request Wilson when I visit Restore.

I have mixed feelings about restore. Restore is the closest dispensary to me and they have a drive thru. You’d think that would make it convenient -it is not. Unless very specific people are working the drive thru (Tyler or Desiree ONLY) it is an aggravating experience! Sometimes 15+ minute wait one time i waited about 28 minutes. It is one way one lane and if someone comes behind you you are STUCK. You would think they would have compassion and consideration for their patient’s time but they do not; when you go to the window they blame it on the patient ahead of you lol, very unprofessional.

Sometimes the flower here is stale or near expiration and they discount it but it’s not even worth the discount price at that point, effects are cut in half if not more. The only dispensary that makes you show your state ID and MMJ card EVERYTIME 😵‍💫 The wait times inside are more ridiculous than the drive thru unless you are lucky and get good budtenders. My faves are Ms Desiree, Taylor (haven’t seen her in a while though) Ty, Anthony, Wilson, and Moss they’re all awesome, kind, attentive, and fast - if you go to them you will have no issues! They all know their strands and terpenes and give good sound advice if you ask them.

Since this place requires a discount check (🙄) you have to interact with at least one manager when you go. Some of them are straight rude and ignorant - the older black lady told my budtender to “WAIT, I’m doing something”. I think the male manager is the general manager (always seems so busy) but sometimes he doesn’t even acknowledge you its like you’re bothering him... Other than them, Nicole, Crystal, and Sasha are my faves - somehow when they see me its always a seamless process and I’m out the door right away.

About a week or two ago I came in one night close to closing and the budtender was sweeping the floor. There were 2 other people waiting and he made eye contact with us all yet thought sweeping was more important. I was so mad I didn’t bother getting his name i just wanted to get the heck out of there that night lol. This is what prompted my review but as i sat and reflected restore itself is an OK dispensary , customer service training could go a long way! The dispensary is always clean, never seen people hanging around outside, seems very secure. However, too many of the people who work here are either slow, lazy, or apathetic. The good employees they have keep it from being a harrowing experience everytime and that’s much appreciated when I cant get to my preferred dispensary!

I never post anything but , when accolades and compliments are due, especially when discussing the sweet sweet cheba , Basically I need my flower strong and strong and high levels of thc . Fellow potheads , this small building has on a consistent basis the strongest and CHEAPEST STRAINS AROUND . You can tell the bystanders care about each other and us custies . So if ur looking for a million strains from grassroots , then go to boring CURALEAF , zen leaf is starting to come along , Great staff there also ! So all the negative comments from people on hear is outrageous , and fellas the female staff at Restore is 🤌🏽. But I’ve done road trips out to Pittsburgh hitting dispensaries , and I can honestly say restore in Yeadon is the GOAT of Pa dispensaries, u done believe me , fine , stay out !! What a lovely experience at the Yeadon location. Ty and Mike were so friendly and helpful. They made it feel like I was at my home dispensary even though I am from out of the area. They teamed up on my order to make sure everything was correct and timely. Thanks for the smiles and great customer service . I’m happy that I gave this place a chance! I went there to order some cherry burger by grassroots and I loved the whole experience. The environment was clean and creative looking and the lighting was just right. Every employee I interacted with was truly kind and welcoming to me and the product as I’m medicated on it right now is amazing. Only one month old and was the first to introduce me to why grassroots is one of the top strains in our program. As a current dispensary worker myself, this place made me even more proud to do the work that I do. Thanks everyone!

I have been to this dispensary a few times. Every time I go it is a disaster. Most of the staff is rude. There is one lady who shouldn’t be working in costumer service at all. Today I asked her a question and it turned into something other than that. She came in and out of the booth, and she was calling me names and raising her voice all infront of other costumer’s. She then turned it into a race thing and that was totally not the case. If you’re not in the click of people the employees like best of luck. I will never again shop at this location or any other restore location ever again. If I could give less than one star I would. Worst customer service, hostile environment, favoritism, the list goes on and on. I rate this location worst dispensary in the entire state. You could offer me everything from there for free and I would refuse to walk in the door. That’s how bad going here made me feel. You should never go into a place where you are spending your money and be called names…have racist comments made about you to other staff and customers. SMH

The staff here is what makes this dispensary top notch. They are all extreme friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Yolanda, Jazzmen, Joe, Cameron and Des are just a few of the staff that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. I bring my mom to this dispensary for help with chronic pain and they have gone above and beyond to help us with finding the perfect strain for her as well as helping us with the MMAP. And best of all this particular dispo is right around the corner from our home I will never use another dispensary, I am sold on this place both for mom and myself. DONT DO IT!!!! If you smoke marijuana, DONT BY IT HERE!!!! For some reason NONE of their strains get me high!! I heard there was an experiment going on to see how many ppl will continue buy weed even if they don't get high. Pa dispenseries suck!!!!

I've patronized other dispensaries and another Restore location closer to my apartment but Restore Yeadon is my "go to" place.

Restore Yeadon has the most fabulous staff - professional, respectful, and courteous.

Yolanda, Des, Casey, Ty, Cam, and the others are great!

I recently visited RESTORE, it was my very first experience at a Dispensary. The security is excellent, the staff was great. The gentleman who registered me showed excellent customer service skills. Then I met Cam, OMG he was so nice kind and showed great patience with me. He took his time and showed concern and compassion as I explained my issues to him. Cam is very knowledgeable of every product in the dispensary and made great suggestions for me. After making my purchases I left there feeling very confident and like I actually met a new friend. I think his title should be PROFESSOR CAM, PhD.!!!!!!!! Because of him I will definitely return and refer others to RESTORE!

Great GREAT prices. Always good sales going and great staff but my lord is the drive thru super slow. I expected it to be busy but geez! Took about 25mins to serve one car. About 3 cars an hour. They need a better system. Clogged up traffic in the neighborhood on 4/20. It was BRUTAL!!

Went here twice. Was sold the same faulty product both times. When I came back to return the 2nd item, the manager told me he found out the product was defective but he didn't contact me to tell me bc he didn't want to seem weird... but we'd already been corresponding through email about the 1st defective product.
I'm a very patient person but the wait both times was kind of ridiculous; cashiers were painfully slow and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing or didn't really care. Definitely not going back.

The staff at this location are always knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. The drive-through is efficient and convenient. I enjoy the variety of products and flavors the store has to offer. Consistently great selection and quality. Only thing I could recommend is adding teachers to the discount program along with first responders and veterans.

The manager Joe, is very rude AF!! He kept coming up to the drive thru window to say something unnecessary . Just to tell me something wasn’t on sale(after I gave the person that was helping me the money for the my order and extra money) I never asked any questions about prices! I guess he assumed just cause I had one item from the brand on sale. But Then he was hype to say “this isn’t my first time here, but we would like a special note to say you using the drive thru” and Talking Over me to explain how to leave a message! Sir don’t do that, if he was listening he would have heard me say the system was acting strange, I always leave that message and I wanted to use points. This experience had me tight! The lack of respect, listening skills, and massive assumptions .

Cannot pay with cards which is very inconvenient. They use something else I never heard of called "canpay". It's supposed to be like venmo for cannabis. seems cool, will check it out (fee free I was told. They have an ATM inside as most places do.
