Qualifying Conditions

PA MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD

Does your condition qualify you for treatment through Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Program? PA’s program provides patients with serious medical conditions access to medical marijuana in a safe and effective way. There are currently 23 qualifying conditions defined in Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Act.

If you have one of these conditions, head over to the Department of Health’s patient and caregiver registry, submit your information, and consult with your primary physician to obtain certification. Once your condition is verified, you will then pay a $50 fee for a Medical Marijuana ID card.
