Great facility! My only issue with ALL manufactureres...Is there anyway to lighten up on the packaging? the little resealable "pouch" is all you need. Even for flower. But keep it up. Excellent!

I'm alittle behind on my review😬.....but she's so worth mentioning I just HAD to. So little back story, I was born late & I kid you not, I have been late LITERALLY ever since. So, anyway, I walk in so0o late, like drawers counted out and everything probably and listen, my mom raised me better than this ok?(sorry mom) ,but desperate times right? I'm not here to mess around , I'm on a mission and I you not i told BRITTANY (cute one , brown hair, glasses) what I prefer and the two recommendations she gave was probably one of THEE BEST COMBINATIONS I've ever had.💯💪 AND vendors I never even heard of, let alone tried!. (Cherry 🍒 zlush, you will forever hold a special place in my heart, please come back to me) I'm about to go in now again, I hope I get her again 😊

Had to edit my rating. The prices here are good and the staff is nice but the wait time to get ur stuff is absolutely absurd. It almost seems like 90% of the customers have no idea what they want and want to look through the whole menu with the employee. They need to have seperate lines for people who already ordered ahead and a seperate line for people who don’t know how to use a computer

90% of the time I consider going here, there’s no sales on any of the products I’m interested in (rosin, -leiffa). Plus, everyone is at the mercy of the dispo for when there is a rare sale, especially because there is limited recurring sales. So, when there finally is sales, it’s often below the threshold to make them competitive, essentially price gauging the area for those who don’t want to travel an hour for a better price. Additionally, the drive-thru is a thoughtful feature but takes longer than going in, which still takes a while. However, Restore gets some stars for having a nice SF rosin stock (only reason I still check their menu) and friendly staff. It’s just too bad that rosin is going old in the fridge. Only when people break and spend exorbitant amounts on a single gram do they shop for rosin here. Definitely has room for improvement.

This is the only dispensary I will go to! Ordering online is simple, you can also order by phone for the drive thru. They always have crazy sales and a really great rewards program. Only downside is the parking lot.

I brought my disabled father there, and wasn't able to go in bc I didn't have a card to come in as his caregiver. However, the security guard Mike was gracious enough to help my dad around the store, pushing him in his wheelchair and helping him get money from the atm and helping him talk to the service people. He did it all with a smile and it can't be appreciated more from the both of us. After Mike brought my dad back outside, a doctor from the store came out and gave us a ton of great suggestions on better ways my father could go about using medical Marijuana the would help his chronic pain. If you do it to help with pain, this is a great place to go to receive helpful information and ways to ingest it healthier, as well as great service and support from the employees!

Jersey , NY , Maryland etc All sell edibles. What th are you waiting for Pennsylvania ❓❓❓Let Restore and the other stores sell them already. We have waited long enough.

The woman at the desk was pleasant, the bud tender was very friendly but the security guard Mike was absolutely horrible. First time there, went up to the buzzer, held my card up pressed the button and waited. And waited. And waited. So I hit the buzzer again, Mike comes storming out starts screaming at me about “haven’t you been to a dispensary before?! Only hit the button one time. If you hear it buzzing when you walk up just come in. Never hit the buzzer twice”.Never ever going there again

They also offer amazing discounts everyday and a loyalty program that can't be beat. The first time I shopped at Restore, Mike from security noticed that I may need some assistance getting into the building. I had injured my knee that afternoon and I could not walk. Mike was so kind and brought me a wheel chair. He got me registed, through the line, and helped me until my purchase was completed. The entire staff at Restore in Pottstown is terrific. Mike is special!! He has continued to greet me with a smile and calls me by name each and every time I am there. I have been going to Restore in Pottstown for nearly 3 years and Mike is a huge reason I keep going back!!

I have a great experience every time i go here. Just now getting to putting a review . All the workers are friendly and always know what they’re talking about, & if they don’t they will certainly ask someone about it which is great. I usually work with the curly hair girl with glasses I believe her name is lily. She always says no eye contact makes the sales faster 🤣 as she makes eye contact and smiles. Love the smile makes me forget what I was getting. She always suggests great flower and we have great small talks. Ty restore team and to the managers for hiring people who know the products and love to learn about them.

I've been coming here for a while. They have a decent points system and offer a wide variety of discounts. The drive-through is convenient when you call ahead and beat the line. Staff is informed and helpful. Expect a brief waiting line sometimes on busy days like Friday. That is all.

Came to leave a review specifically because I had such a wonderful experience being helped by Cassie this weekend!
